- This is a fictive packaging campaign that was used to raise awareness about the following issue -
In Belgium, CBD shops are breaking the law when they offer food or supplements based on cannabis or CBD, even if the THC content is less than 0.2%. If the CBD oil is treated as cosmetics and therefore oral consumption is not recommended on the packaging, it is legal. So...even though CBD flowers, for smoking are legal to buy, cbd oil for oral consumption is not. Aren’t we sending the wrong message here?
